Key Terms & Conditions (Summary)

  1. Repair Coverage: We handle repairs for major mobile brands, including issues related to screens, batteries, charging ports, software, cameras, and other hardware faults.
  2. Pickup & Delivery: Available upon request. Charges vary by location, and the cost will be confirmed before service begins.
  3. Warranty: Most hardware repairs include a 30–90 day limited warranty, covering ONLY the part repaired or replaced. Physical or water damage is not covered.
  4. Data Backup: Customers must back up their data before submitting devices. Cellex Stores is not responsible for any data loss during diagnostics or repair.
  5. Liability: Devices with pre-existing damage, motherboard issues, or liquid exposure may have uncertain outcomes. Cellex is not liable for additional failures caused by hidden internal faults.
  6. Diagnostics: A diagnostic fee may apply if you choose not to proceed with the recommended repair after inspection.
  7. Customer Information: Accurate device details must be provided. Access codes or screen locks may be requested to test the device properly.
  8. Payment: Full payment must be settled upon completion of the repair. Deposits may be required for special parts or advanced motherboard work.
  9. Privacy: All personal data and device contents are treated confidentially. We do not access or share information unless necessary for service verification.
  10. Post-Service Support: If the same issue reappears within the warranty period, we will provide free re-inspection and re-service as applicable under the warranty terms.
