Introduction

By booking a repair with Cellex Stores (“Cellex”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you (“Customer”) agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Please read this carefully before handing over your device or using our services.

Service Scope and Coverage

Cellex Stores provides mobile device repair services for major smartphone brands. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Screen replacement

  • Battery replacement

  • Charging port repair

  • Camera repairs

  • Motherboard-level diagnosis and IC repairs

  • Software troubleshooting

  • General device diagnostics

Repairs are performed by trained technicians using quality parts. Cellex reserves the right to decline service if a device is found severely damaged, unsafe to repair, or beyond economical restoration.

Pickup & Delivery Terms

To improve customer convenience, Cellex offers pickup and delivery services for selected areas.

  • Customers must provide accurate location details and ensure someone is available during pickup and drop-off.

  • Devices must be packaged securely to avoid transit damage.

  • Pickup/delivery fees apply depending on distance and transport method.

  • Cellex is not responsible for damage caused due to improper packaging by the customer.

  • Devices not collected within 30 days of repair completion may be disposed of according to company policy.

Warranty and Guarantee on Repairs

Most repairs carried out by Cellex Stores include a 30–90 day limited warranty, depending on the nature of the repair.

Warranty Covers:

  • Malfunction of replaced parts

  • Technically defective repairs

  • Issues directly relating to the service performed

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Physical damage after the repair (falls, cracks, dents, pressure damage)

  • Water or liquid exposure

  • Motherboard-level failures not related to the repair

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs/tampering

  • Software issues unrelated to the repair

  • Issues caused by customer negligence

If a device cannot be restored during a warranty claim inspection, Cellex may offer a partial solution or alternative service recommendations.

Limitations of Liability

Cellex Stores will handle all devices with care; however, certain limitations apply:

a. Pre-Existing Conditions

Devices with cracked screens, bent frames, water damage, IC failures, or failed previous repair attempts may deteriorate during repair. Cellex is not responsible for:

  • Additional failures due to fragile components

  • Hidden internal damage discovered during repair

  • Device becoming non-functional due to pre-existing faults

b. Data Loss

Customers are responsible for backing up all data before submitting the device.
Cellex Stores is not liable for:

  • Loss of photos, files, contacts, apps, or any stored data

  • Data corruption during diagnostics or repair

  • Forgotten passwords or lockouts caused by customer error

c. No Liability for Consequential Damage

Cellex is not responsible for:

  • Loss of business

  • Missed calls, messages, or disruptions caused by the repair duration

  • Costs associated with using a temporary replacement device

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and efficient repair processing, customers must:

  • Provide accurate device information and issue description

  • Remove SIM cards and memory cards if possible

  • Provide screen lock passwords or codes for testing purposes

  • Avoid any unauthorized repair attempts during the warranty period

  • Pick up the device promptly after repair completion

  • Ensure data backup before handing over the device

Submitting a device that is stolen, locked without authorization, or wrongly claimed will result in service denial and possible reporting to authorities.

Payment and Diagnostic Charges

Cellex Stores follows transparent pricing policies.

a. Estimates

A repair estimate will be provided before starting the repair. Pricing may vary due to market conditions or part availability.

b. Diagnostics

A diagnostic fee may apply if:

  • The customer declines to proceed with the recommended repair

  • The device requires extensive testing

  • The issue cannot be reproduced or verified

c. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upon completion of service.

  • Deposits may be requested for special order parts or motherboard repairs.

  • Payment can be made via cash, card, or online transfer (where applicable).

d. Price Changes

Part prices may change based on market fluctuations. Customers will be informed before continuing with any price-adjusted repair.

Privacy and Data Handling

  • We do not access personal data unless necessary to verify device functionality.

  • We never copy, share, or store customer data.
