Key Terms & Conditions (Summary)

  1. Repair Coverage: We handle repairs for major mobile and electronic brands, including issues related to screens, batteries, charging ports, software, cameras, and other hardware faults.
  2. Pickup & Delivery: Available upon request. Charges apply based on distance and mode of conveyance, and the total cost will be communicated and confirmed before the service begins.
  3. Warranty: Most hardware repairs include a 30-day limited warranty, covering ONLY the specific part repaired or replaced. Physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse after repair are not covered under warranty.
  4. Data Backup: Customers are required to back up all personal data before submitting their devices. Cellex Technologies is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during diagnostics or the repair process.
  5. Liability: Devices with pre-existing damage, motherboard-level issues, or liquid exposure may have uncertain repair outcomes. Cellex Technologies is not liable for additional failures caused by hidden or internal faults discovered during repair.
  6. Diagnostics: A diagnostic or inspection fee may apply if you decide not to proceed with the recommended repair after the device assessment.
  7. Customer Information: Accurate device details must be provided at the time of service request. Access codes, passwords, or screen unlock permissions may be required to test and verify device functionality.
  8. Payment: Full payment must be completed upon successful repair. Advance deposits may be required for special spare parts or complex motherboard-level repairs.
  9. Privacy: All customer information and device data are treated with strict confidentiality. Data will not be accessed, stored, or shared unless required solely for service verification purposes.
  10. Post-Service Support: If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will provide a free re-inspection and re-service in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
